POSTAGE POLICY

POSTAGE TIMES AND COSTS

We're currently processing orders between Monday and Friday, orders placed before 1pm on these days are usually sent the same day. If there is any delay we will inform you via email. All orders are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48® Signed for service and usually take 2-3 days to arrive. Tracking details will be sent once your item has been dropped off at the Post office depot.
Postage cost is £5.95 for orders under £40.

FREE POSTAGE

We offer free postage and delivery on all orders over £40. Simply type in the code FREEPOSTAGE at the checkout to qualify.

CLICK & COLLECT

If you have placed an order for click & collect please wait for an email confirming when it will be ready before coming to collect.

HOTEL/GUEST HOUSE DELIVERY

If you are having an order delivered to a hotel room, please provide us with the guests’ names and their room number in the gift note section of the order. We cannot deliver to hotels without a room number.

Keep in mind that orders are sent via 48 hour delivery. If your recipients will be at the hotel for a short duration please contact us so that we can make sure your order arrives while the guests are at the hotel.
