We have been making chocolate in Morningside for ten years now, and we pride ourselves on being a local and friendly small family business. We source local ingredients wherever possible, our honey for example is from Dumfries & Galloway, and our dandelion syrup comes from a small producer in The Scottish Borders. We blend chocolate varieties from all over the world into our own special house blends of milk, dark milk and dark chocolate, with each product having its own specially tailored base blend. We always have a selection of vegan-friendly chocolate options, and all of our products are made without gluten.
We also serve our own, in-house made hot chocolate in the shop, offering a mixture of regular favourites and seasonal specials, most of which can be made dairy-free and vegan on request.
